At this session at the St Augustine Homeless coalition STEMand taught about engineering AND cars! The kids got to build their own race cars and learn abut newtons laws of motions and also the science behind cars. During STEMand's session at this JaxTHRIVE Super Saturday the kids got to learn about engineering and science AND tennis! The kids built their own tennis rackets and then got to learn how to serve the ball and play tennis with each other and also the great effort it takes to be an engineer. Some of the kids had never watched or played tennis so it was really cool to expose them
