Company Team Building/Service Day Event

Our company team building events are a win-win for your company and for STEMand! They help STEMand so much because they are the main way STEMand kits are funded and made! For your company, these fun-filled team building events will bring your team closer together as colleagues learn more about each other from our team activities and while they have fun building the STEMand kits to be used by the wonderful children we serve. These events are very important because they help STEMand share our mission, make connections with lots of different people, and build the STEMand kits that we give out to so many deserving children!  

1) Your team will work together to organize all the components that are needed for the kits that they will be making. 

2) Then, depending on the size of your group, you may break up into smaller teams to actually build the different kits. 

3) Your team will work together to identify local schools or after school programs to which members of your team are connected, so that the kits you build might have impact in places that have meaning to you and your team.

4) We will run an "and" exercise with your team so that they can learn more about each others' interests and passion areas to help drive even closer team bonding and chemistry.

5) Depending on the time, the team may also participate in an "and" activity such as painting together. 

Our team building sessions can be flexible in terms of duration but usually will last between 1-3 hours.

 We know that each company is different in how they expense team building events so we are more than willing to identify what works best for you. Typically we either:

1) Order the kit materials for you and bring them to the event. Or we can ship them to your office. We can either provide you with an invoice for the materials or include the cost in a per person event fee. 

2) Provide you with a materials list and links of where to buy so that you can charge the materials directly to your company credit card.

STEMand is based out of Jacksonville , Fl however, that does not limit team building events to just Jacksonville! Team building events can be in person and a STEMand facilitator can join either in person or online. Team building events can also happen fully online since so many teams work remotely.
